How to remove hard drive
Turn laptop over and remove screws from HDD compartment door.. Remove screws holding HDD in place and remove.

That is because the actual Sony model is VGN-S360.or VGN-S360P You should be able to verify it. The model nember is not on the bottom it is on the RH LCD hinge. I do not think you can download the drivers anywhere but you can try:

or just buy aa set of recovery DVDs from Sony
