try blowing out all of the dust from your keyboard using a fine air blower from an air compressor making VERY sure there is no MOISTURE in the lines. dust causes static which causes lots of problems with a computer and its parts or if this does not fix the problem control panel keyboard you can change your settings there or you might have uninstall the keyboard then reinstall it and its drivers control panel keyboard hardware then properties you hould see driver details,update driver,roll back driver,uninstall make sure you have the driver for the keyboard before uninstalling the?driver diconnect the keyboard then reconnect it then reinstall the driver hope this helps
