try blowing out all of the dust from your keyboard using a fine air blower from an air compressor making VERY sure there is no MOISTURE in the lines.

dust causes static which causes lots of problems with a computer and its parts

or if this does not fix the problem

control panel keyboard you can change your settings there

or you might have uninstall the keyboard then reinstall it and its drivers

control panel keyboard hardware then properties you hould see driver details, update driver, roll back driver, uninstall

make sure you have the driver for the keyboard before uninstalling the?driver

diconnect the keyboard then reconnect it then reinstall the driver

hope this helps

I have a tablet PB 1009 and the keypad stop working after a month of purchase the tablet/ laptop

Have you tried testing the attachable keyboard on another device to make sure it works? Also, such keyboards may have a battery of their own, if that is the case, it may need replacing. Also, if it is a wireless keyboard there could be a few reasons. Here is some info to try to resolve issues.

Linking or pairing a wireless keyboard can be easy, or difficult, depending on a few different factors. Factors like the operating system of the tablet and the brand of the keyboard. For tablets that have built-in Bluetooth capability you should be able to use the steps below to pair them. This is general pairing information. It may vary slightly for different brands or different tablet OSs (Windows, Android, iOS, etc.).

I just bought a 2018 traverse and I'm wondering why the auto stop/start feature only works part of the time? It might auto stop at one light, then not at the next. Is something wrong?

Brand new Traverse should be covered under the 3yr. / 36k bumper to bumper warranty. If it isn't much past the warranty bumper to bumper the dealership you purchased the vehicle from may "goodwill it" and go ahead and repair the issue but that is souly up to the shop management to honor something like that. They may repair it or if you have an extended warranty purchased during the purchase of the vehicle, they will honor that warranty. I hope this helps you in the issue. If it is definantly less than a week hopefully you purchased a warrenty with this unit they will fix it free of charge I would start at the place of purchase and they will assist you with what you need. Thanks for using FixYa! Great question? Always return right away to any place of purchase they have to honor a warranty. Do not wait for the warranty to lapse. John

I have a new Logitech K340 keyboard, which I have used for a month. Yesterday the on/off indicator light started blinking green and red and stopped working. I have replaced the batteries, have tried...

First: Recheck battery placement - positive and negative ends of batteries must be correctly positioned. Your keyboard batteries have a 3-year life, so they should not have any problem after using your keyboard for only a month.
Second: Most Logitech (and other brands) have a one-year warranty. Since you're already having problems with your keyboard I would suggest returning it to place of purchase for replacement.
Third: Refer to Logitech's problem solving page: http://www.logitech.com/en-us/434/6007?tabs=1,3,2,4,5§ion=overview&hub=1
Good luck!

Key board controller not working

Try connecting an external USB keyboard.

If that does not work, then it's time to contact HP, and order a replacement motherboard, or to purchase a brand-new notebook, or, if the product is still under "warranty", to make a warranty claim, to get HP to fix it, at their cost.

These things will happen. You are aware that these appliances have a 12 month warranty so return it to where you purchased it from.

Keyboard not working

If it is NEW - as in you just purchased it from a store - and it is still under warranty, take it back to the store where you purchased it and get it repaired under warranty. Otherwise, anything you may attempt to do to fix the problem may void your warranty.

I have a hp compaq vista A900 notebooke keyboard stoped workin

there is no reason the keyboard should have stopped working unless something in the form of a liquid solvent was introduced into the keyboard area. Call the store where you purchased it or take it back along with your receipt for a warranty exchange.
