Question about Audio Players & Recorders
When I attempt to open the disc changer drawer to my Denon UD M50 CD player, nothing happens. The disc lights 1, 2 or 3 on the right hand side of the drawer are lit and when I attempt to open, the display reads "open" but nothing happens.
How can I get the door to open?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

The tact switch behind the panel is being pushed in by a defective front panel button, the small switch is bad behind the button, or the volume control IC is bad. Good Luck

Maybe you accidentally break some contact(s), on display or somewhere else. If that is the problem, soldering iron should solve that. Look for any loosen wires or detached contacts.
