Hi i dropped a bottle of vitamin water (sticky energy drink) on my blackberry 8520, i left it in a bowl of rice over the weekend and the lcd screen has cleared up and is working but the keypad isnt. is there any way to fix this or replace the keypad help! G.

This is a complicated matter to wash away any sticky liquid you may have in the keypad. You have to open the casing smoothly with exact screwdriver and unlock the front cover without breaking any locks or make any scratch to your phone and then wash the motherboard side keypad very carefully with only not too wet cloth and then the outerside keypad as usual. It might fix your problem.

But if you're not that much techy-man you should change the pad.
