Tryin to find out if my head set is Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR with support for wireless streaming 2-channel audio with A2DP or not if not i may have to buy some thing more new because i having issues with connectin to my ipod touch can u plz inform me on if it is Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR with support for wireless streaming 2-channel audio with A2DP or not

The Plantronics Discovery 975 Bluetooth headset does not supports Advanced Audio Distribution (A2DP) and you need this Bluetooth profile to be able to stream music between two Bluetooth devices. The device you are streaming music from (example: cell phone) to the headset must also support Advanced Audio Distribution (A2DP).

Plantronics Explorer 233 Bluetooth headset does not support the Bluetooth profile Advanced Audio Distribution (A2DP). Your Bluetooth device and your phone both need to support A2DP profile, without this Bluetooth profile your devices are not capable of streaming music.

Listen to music with the Plantronics Explorer 220:

Unfortunately the Explorer 220 was not designed for music, it does not have the technology built in to stream audio. Headsets must have the Bluetooth A2DP profile and technology to be able to stream music. Like the Plantronics Voyager Pro+ and BackBeat models. Here are the links for these below.

The samsung Wep-460 is designed for data communication, or in other words making phone calls without the hassle of a wire. However music streaming via phone or computer is not supported. It doesn't have that capability. IF you want to listens to music wirelessly using bluetooth, you should get headsets or earphones that has, Advanced Audio Distribution Profile aka A2DP. It is a Bluetooth profile that allows wireless transmission of stereo audio from an A2DP source (typically a phone or computer) to an A2DP receiver (a set of Bluetooth headphones or stereo system). In short you need to have a bluetooth headset that has A2DP

If you would like for your Bluetooth headset to stream music or any other audio applications to your phone, the Bluetooth profile in both devices must support Advanced Audio Distribution (A2DP) for audio streaming. Unfortunately the Explorer 330 does not support this newer technology. I would suggest updating your headset to a newer model but remember your phone must also support A2DP. The Plantronics Voyager Pro+, Voyager Pro HD & the M1100 Bluetooth profiles support A2DP. I will include a link for Bluetooth headsets below.

First both your phone and your headset need to support Bluetooth A2DP profile. Mono headsets do not typically support A2DP nor, therefore, music streaming.

From what i've read in here:

The BH-106 specification doesn't mention that it support A2DP. To enable you to hear songs from bluetooth headset you need the one which support A2DP feature.

And as for listening radio from bluetooth headset/handsfree, I think that it is not possible... since usually radio feature in a handphone need a wire type handsfree as it also function as the radio antenna.

If this is an RF transmitter working within the WiFi range that might be your problem. First find out what channel you adapter is broadcasting on. Do this by logging into it. Then on your PC get a program called Netstumbler, and load it on your pc then turn on the program it will go out and find all of the access points around your area. It will also list the channels they are on. There are 14 channels but only three can be used channel 1 channel 6 and channel 11 find the channel that is least used and set you adapter to it.
