Range went into Sabbeth Mode? Not running oven. Can not get display panel to work.

What is the model number of your unit?

This is often due to loose or corroded connections in the wiring.
Unplug the range.
Open the rear of the control panel.
Remove,then re-attach all wires on the control.
If you see any terminals corroded,clean them with a pencil eraser.
If this does not correct the problem,the clock must be replaced.

the hi-limit thermostat has been tripped. it needs to be replaced and also make sure that the cooling fan is working ok. thermostat is located behind the back panel. looks like a disk the size of a quarter with two wires on it

Happens alot dont feel bad , self clean mode runs the elements at 500 deg. to cook off everything possible , what happens is the cabinet gets to hot and heats saftey temp. fuses until they go out and they are not resetable. they are always located in different areas of ranges but usaully in the back. you can ohm them out to check them if you have a meter.let me know if you have any other questions.

Me too. Oven was on, big "pop" and breaker went. After re-setting the breaker (and setting the clock on the range), the stove top works fine, and the controller for the oven seems fine, just that neither the top or bottm elements will heat up in the oven. 240 V is getting to the control module, but it is not sending out any juice to the oven elements.
Any fixes out there?

Your machine is in the sabbeth mode press and hold the clock button for at least 5 seconds to cancel it.
The display is showing SAb

Someone has put the control into the sabbeth mode the oven will not work until you clear this from the control. The info to clear is in your use and care guide if not contact the manufacturer and they can help you. good luck

I pressed the lock icon on the panel and held it for a few seconds and the display cleared.
