I ran into the exact same problem. After searching through the iolo website
I found a very short and buried confirmation that iolo drive medic does NOT work IF your system is 64 bit. Thank you iolo for being so upfront on the advertisemnt on your iolo System Mechanic Professional retail box. Truly professional of you guys.
