Hi!you can find your simcard PUK code at the back of the holder of your simcard when you buy it..You can find there also the initial PIN code of your simcard.

PIN and PUK codes are all service provider (Your SIM / Your Connection) dependent, you can never get it from anywhere else, never get fooled and pay for there to anyone.
All you have to do is to call your service providers via some other phone or landline and talk to a CSR, ask him for the code. He will first authenticate your ownership and will give you your code in ruturn, for free, Its your right to know your PIN/PUK.

You can get the PUK code from the Service Provider.
A phone asks puk code when you try wrong PIN Code more then 3 times.
Then if you try to put Invalid PUK code more then 10 times your sim card is gone for good.
You will need to get a new sim card.

When you enter wrong code more than three times then puck code is enabled.Only orange company can give you the puk code of your sim..Go to their service centre or call helpline to get your orange sim puk code....

Pin codes and PUK codes are meant to protect the sims.

If you wrongly put PIN Codes a number of times, to really protect your sim it will ask you a puck code. (Please note every sim has its unique PUCK Code.)

Pincode/Puck codes for any sim are provided by the service provider. (In your case, Telstra an Australian SP).

You may require to contact your Service Provider Network and speak to Customer Service Representative for getting this information (PUK code).

Kindly dont apply any more codes any further or otherwise the sim may get permanently blocked and you may have to replace it.

The current SIM Card you have in your phone is PUK locked as the PIN Code has been typed incorrectly several times. You will need to call your phone operator, or sometimes there is a way of doing it on there website. The Code is Unique to every SIM card
