on the top there is a sivler (usually) thing you push and it unlocks the back.

you have a power drain somewher.
unplug your battery " positive " , wait a few seconds.
put the connector back to the battery and see if it sparks, if it does there is something shorted out and draining your power. probably your alternator was good.
if there is no sparks thencould be your voltage regulator or your battery.

Try changeing the image quality, is this a cheap around 30usd model?
