I was wondering if you could help me? My MP3 player won't display the black lettering text on the screen. The green light will work and lights up but just no Black lettering. Every one in a while the lettering will come up but it will display backwards light dislexic writing. What can I do? The songs do play though.

If you are loking for the disk to load songs on to your device, you do not really need it. You can songs to your device one of 2 ways.
1. Drag & drop songs to yur device.
2. Use windows media player via the sync tab.
Hope this helps. For the drag & drop method, start/my computer/double click drive letter of device to open, then open folder where your music is stored, select song or songs, hold down left mouse button and drag to device and release.
RCA once had them, but no longer carries them. You would actually have more problems than you would imagine with Win 98 and mp3 players anyways - no music services will accept Windows 98 anymore. The Windows Media Player 10 software that you would need to transfer songs is not compatible. It would have been rough anyway.
