If your Operating System (OS) did not detect the driver, then you need to check the manufacturers website for that driver. Also it could be a bad PCI card.
Canopus has not releases a driver for this capture device. Their product guidelines indicate that no driver is needed for Windows XP - but there is a known issue with OEM versions of XP that causes it not to work. Their own tech support advises a complete reinstallation of Windows. Sorry!

you will need to go into the BIOS and turn of PCI Graphic id disabled.

press F10 and save
restart the pc and your problem should be gone.
