There is a error message there, it indicate a problem with your induction cooker. It cause a defective winding wire or circuit controllers your know induction cooker works similar to the principle of electro magnet induction, it give heat to metal cooking pot. I hope I give you a idea regarding what happen to your unit.
As far as I can see it, if you want to use your cylinder gas then you will have to collect it yourself if there is no company in your area that sells LPG. To use pipes gas you will have to change the burner mixture setting on your cooker otherwise is may not burn properly. Stupid rules I know.
You can use to set the timing in order of the heat required. Also using the grade rating of the heating coupled with the time set, the food can be easily heated without burning.
To start with use low heat and long time, the try with medium heat and lesser time and then choose high heat and short time. You must be able to use the settings accordingg to your requirement.
Hope this advice helps
If you're following the instruction manual but it won't heat, and it's within the 30 day return period, I'd take it back to the dealer for a replacement.
If it's past 30 days, but within the warranty period, you'd have to contact the manufacturer via the owner's manual to get it repaired.
