It doesn't popup by itself, it's just a memory card. You must open it yourself from My Computer and manually cut/paste the files wherever you want on your pc.

Most portable SD stick readers come with a USB connection so you just stick it into any spare USB port (see USB adaptor pic).
If you have an SD to SD adaptor that fits a small SD card into a larger SD card holder (see SD adaptor pic) then you also need one of the SD stick readers (above)
There are two possibilities that I can think of. 1) The SD card is full. You will need to copy the pictures off the SD card and onto your computer, then format the card. You can probably do this in the camera, but MAKE SURE you have copied the pictures you want to your computer because the format will erase everything. 2) The SD card is write protected. Look closely at the SD card there is a little slide switch that "locks" the SD card so that your camera cannot put any pictures on it. This slide switch must be in the unlocked position (or NOT locked). Hope this helps.
sir the memory card that you have in your camera do not allow pics to upload.Because the card that we put in the camera only allow picture to download from it.It will not allow pics to upload to it.If you want to upload pics to your camera try after putting a micro SD card.For that you should buy a micro SD adapter.After putting micro SD into that adapter you can put that into your camera.Then it will allow both uploading and downloading.
If your using the camera with a sd card and you have a sd slot on your computer you will not need a disk. Just insert the sd card to the computer go to start > computer> then click on the sd card and the pictures should be there.
if you have a computer with a sd slot and the pictures are on a sd card you don't need a disk just insert the card and go to start>computers> then click on the driver and they should be right there.
no disc for these cams...should be able to view pics straight from SD card thru a card reader to pc...(may have to go thru START..MY COMPUTER...LOCATE DRIVE CARD READER IS DESIGNATED AS.... also should be able to view pics on tv thru video cable attached to cam.
When you put the card in the slot, you should see a window pop up. In that window click 'save as' and than name the pictures folder. Take nothe of where the computer says it is going to stor the pictures. Most likely under the 'My Pictures icon.'
When you go to craigslist and come to the point when you are ready to upload pictures, click 'add picture' or 'upload picture' or somrhing of that nature. You well be than see a window pop up, navigate to the 'My Pictures' folder or whereever you stored the pictures and click the picture you want to upload.

Does you picture frame have a usb port on the back or the side of it? If not, do you have an SD slot on the back or the side of it? If so, load your pictures onto a thumb drive (flash drive) or SD card, and insert that into the port if it's a flash drive, or slot (if it's an SD card). It should take over from there. Let me know if that helps.

Place your microsd card into the microsd adapter (this will slip into the SD slot in your pc) and then you will be able to tranfer your pictures from the microsd card to the computer. Your computer shoud automatically recognize the hardware you've inserted into the slot and should pop up a screen.
*Make sure you check your pictures on the card before removing the card from your device and placing it in pc though. You can do this by pressing menu/ok on your phone >pictures/video > my pictures/video > your phone shoudl display "extrernal memory option .
I just purchased a frame and wondered the same thing. My computer has a slot for an SD card once inserted the computer shows the SD file. Then go into where you store the pictures highlight the picture one at a time in the picture file my program says copy to file click on it and shows the SD file as F file click copyit then downloads to the card. Done put SD card in frame worked perfectly.
