Toshiba DKT2020 set work with a lot of different Toshiba systems. That being said this should get you in the right direction.

Date

• From receptionist station, without lifting the handset, press "Intercom"
• Dial "#651"
• Dial the time in YY:MM:DD format.
• Press "Redial" or "#".
• Press speaker.

Time

• From receptionist station, without lifting the handset, press "Intercom"
• Dial "#652"
• Dial the time in military format HH:MM:SS.
• Press "Redial" or "#".
• Press speaker.

Day of the Week

• From receptionist station, without lifting the handset, press "Intercom"
• Dial "#653"
• Dial the day of the week (1-7).
• Press "Redial" or "#".
• Press speaker.

I know this is old, but to help the next person.... On a DK40, you program from port 000, not ext 205. The DK280 is programmed from ext 205. The other info is correct.

Yes, as long as the system has a digital card in it, you can use that phone with it.

Yes, if I remember correctly, you can use that phone on any Toshiba Digital System, new or old, but not on any Electronic Key system, which not very many people use anymore. Most people use digital now, anyway, so it will most likely work

dial the following from Extension 200:

"Page" "Int" #652 (enter HHMMSS) & hit "Redial"

1. Press [DN] + #652 with the handset onhook.
2. Enter the time (HHMMSS) in the 24-hour clock format.
3. Press redial
4. Press speaker.

This can only be done from the programming phone (usually reception).

On the main phone (ext 200 or 10) dial intercom #652 and enter HHMMSS then press redial. Your manuals and guides are here
