G wireless router

Bought it yesterday, tried to hook it up today, It will let me go through the 3rd step, on the 4th step it gives me an error 321 message, that the cables are not correctly hooked up. I know they are. There are only 2 cables to hook up.My laptop I just got it Wednesday of this week. The satellite button is on.I know it will go online, because we checked it to see if the laptop was the problem. It wasn't.

    What was the 4th step?

Have you tried connecting the laptop via hardwire instead of wireless?

I bought Ainol Spark Yesterday, My Wifi is very Slow even though its just 2 meter away from my Broadband? Please find me some solution

So, If you have internet connection speed problem with your wireless try with the following steps,
1.)Reset the wireless router by using the power switch on it or by unplugging it and plugging it back in.
2.)Place the wireless router in an ideal location. The higher it is, the better, but don't put it near metal objects.
3.)Get as close as possible to the router with whatever device you're trying to connect.
4.)Keep the router and your connecting device away from other electronics. You should especially keep away from phones, fax machines and microwaves. etc.,
5.)Adjust the Wifi antenna if it has one.
6.)Change the router's channel, especially if other wireless routers are nearby.
Following these steps would give you stable internet connection and also increased speed in connection. You can check your internet speed from www.scanmyspeed.com before and after following these steps.

Error 321

Are you trying to connect a computer to the network or it is another wireless device.
For this you don't need to use Linksys Easy link advisor.
All you need to do is, open the router set up page and check the settings of the router.
according to the settings on the router, you can connect the new device to the network.
is ther any computer connected to the router?
use that cmputer to open the router set up page.

I receive the 322 error when I´m trying to install my new WRT160N v3 Router, by Cisco.

I think you are trying to install the router using the CD. This CD has a bug. Even if your computer is connected to the router , it will say the computer is not connected to the router and it will give you error 322 or 321.
You can install the router without CD also.
Make sure that your computer is able to go online through the modem only.
connect the computer and the modem to the router and open the set up page of the router.
On the set up page you can change the settings of the router according to ISP.

Linksys WRT160N will not finish installing. On the 4th step it says your ethernet cable does not appear to be connected properly. Error 321. I don't really think its the ethernet cables because i tried 2...

error 321 or 322shows that the cable is not connected to the router and the computer.
That is actually a bug in the CD. Even if the cable is connected it shows that it is not connected.
You can set up the router manually, without the CD.

Problem connecting my linksys WRT160N to pc.

Reset the router to factory defaults and reconfigure it. In case it doesn't work then try upgrading the firmware on the router. This should fix it.
