How do you fix a wii remote that wont trin on?

Okay well the problem isn't Internet/connection/router problems, is the Wii Remote won't turn on its either because: the batteries need to be changed, your not close enough to SYNC/CONNECT your Wii remote to your Wii or the remote you have is worn out( under some circumstances Wii remotes are eligable to wear out if used to much). If none of those problems work, I will do some research for you.
