i have k8ooi,when i go to games or application shown me operation failed.i have done master reset,plz help me.

i was charged my mobile k850i then one massage came my mobile seirious error,stop charging your mobile, stop using & plese contact sony ericsson call centre.

i can't open the game ..operation failed

Yup, tried and experienced that before, something to do with the phone firmware. have you tried resetting to factory settings? after that, remove the battery for 5 mins and try it again, remember....resetting will erase all your contacts,mp3 and other stuff..

You can access the life timer (total call time) in the service menu. To access the service menu you need to press.

To determine manufacturing date you need to look at the sticker of your phone on the back under the battery. There should be something like ##W## wherre ## are numbers. For example, if it says 07W30 it means the phone was made in the year 2007 (from the 07) and in week 30 of the year 2007 (W30 = week 30). Good luck!

Well the screen most probably froze because it was overworking itself. i dont really understand though you cant turn it on?
