I'm going to assume you have a Droid. If you don't want to pay for the "Email My Texts" app, I would suggest simply place the phone face down on a photo copier and get them that way.

I had the same problem last year, I was messing around with the security part of my phone and I dialed in the wrong code so many times that my SIM card locked up on me and I couldn't call or text anyone, except to only 911. that is what is happening to you. Since your SIM card is locked since you punched in the wrong PUK code, call your cell phone customer service, explain the situation, and what they did with me is they sent out a new SIM card in the mail to me. They would probably do the same thing to you as well. and when you get your new SIM card you would have to call your cell phone company customer service and have the SIM card activated. Next time don't mess around with the security part of your phone and don't dial in any wrong codes that you don't know of. I learned my lesson when it happened to me. I went with a prepaid cell phone company and they said that if I did it again that they wouldn't give me another SIM card and I would have to purchase a new phone. good luck :-)
Don't worry, you still can buy samsung s5600 unlock code from third party sites and it will solve your problem and remember don't use free samsung unlock code from untrusted resource since it can harm your mobile phone.
if you mean that the ignition cylinder does not turn, you probably have a bent waffer in your lock cylinder. Over time as you stick the key into the hole it hits the 1st waffer off center sometimes and bends it slightly, just enough where it will no longer slide up and down in its slot, if it sticks up, the ignition will not turn. You will need to have the igniton lock replaced. either call a reputable locksmith in your area or return to your dealer. cost will be 150.00-250.00. In a pinch to get it work sometimes, squirt WD40 into the hole, insert the key and as you attempt to turn the lock to on, lightly tap on to top of the lock with a screwdriver handle. It may free up the stuck waffer and allow you to start your car. You can then keep using your car as long as you don't turn the lock all the way back.
