I can help you with your URC-3021 Universal Remote Control issues.

I do not see a listing for JWIN DVD players in the Urc-3021 Code List.

But don't give up; many manufacturer's re-use other's control codes.
Therefore, I recommend using the URC-3021 Code Search feature to find the compatible codes to control your device.

With the DVD tray open, press 9735 on remote. A menu will pop up, arrow down to Region, then arrow right to highlight the desired region (0 for all). Press Select, then arrow down to Exit Setup and Select again.

jWIN products do not have a series of uniformed universal remote codes, therefore, they can not be provided at this time.

Some unlock codes for Jwin DVD players are:
Jwin JD-VD100 / JD-VD703 / JD-VD753

1. Press SETUP
2. Press PREV CHAPTER, NEXT CHAPTER, PREV CHAPTER, NEXT CHAPTER, PREV CHAPTER
3. "VerX" is displayed (X=RC)
4. Select the RC with RIGHT and LEFT (255=Codefree)
5. Press RETURN

Jwin JD-VD120

1. Press SETUP
2. Press 1, 3, 6, 9
3. Current RC should be displayed
4. Select RC with UP, "DOWN" (0=codefree)
5. Press ENTER

Jwin JD-VD130

1. Method 1:Press SETUP
2. Press 1, 3, 6, 9
3. Current RC should be displayed
4. Select RC with UP, "DOWN" (0=codefree)
5. Press ENTER

1. Method 2:Open the disc tray
2. Press PROG

Well...I went to the Jwin website and this is what they have posted as far as using a universal remote:
