My copier won't print.

I use my HP 1210 all in one as a copy machine. It's been working great for years but recently it stopped printing. Everything else runs, the paper goes through and comes out blank. I changed the black ink cartridge but that didn't help. Any ideas on what's wrong? Thanks.

    printer will print notepad,, but not on internet,paper run thru,come out blank.

    I installed the hp 1210 it shows up on my system i changed the ink catridge but the printer does not print the paper comes out plank.

Are you sure that your scanner bulb is working. You may hear the scanner moving but the bulb may be burned out which will cause you to get blank pages.

Symtom that scan head might be faulty, remove four screws located at corners, take out flat glass unit, remove scan head, check any damages in driving mechanism, clean reading head, fix it back and check.. If no result replace scan head unit..

Will not copy info. off the internet
Are you able to print from other applications like a microsoft word page, or a print test page. If thats the case than check your Internet options. If you are using an Internet EXplorer web browser than try to set all  internet settings on the option menu to default. This should resolve the issue. Else try to  use a HP 990C pritner. Add the 990C printer and try to print an internet page, it should work.

i dought dust would cause that, reboot pc and unplug printer
plug printer back in then turn computer back on, if still doesnt work try a different usb port
