Question about Black & Decker Lawn Hog 18-Inch 12 Amp Electric Mulching Mower, Flip-Handle

Open Question

I have a Black & Decker 18" Deluxe single Blade corded lawnmower. 910 is stamped into the tag on the top of the plastic housing. She's been pretty much neglected. No switch. Plug has only white and black wires. Motor has white, black organge and red. No switches are available. Would someone tell me how to hook up which wires go to which one so I can just see if she runs? Also, what kind of swiich can I use since they don't sell the originals anymore. Thank you!

SOURCE: Black and decker mower switch wiring

I have a Black and Decker Electric mower #M2370, which I would like to use this year before moving to a condo. Last year, the mower was stopping and starting depending on how the lever was positioned. I suspected the wiring so I removed the on-off switch lever. The wiring appears intact. Part of plastic inside the lever maybe broken. Can i use the mower without the lever by just pushing the black button?

SOURCE: Black and Decker Electric mower #M2370 lever

I posted a question just a few minutes ago similar to this. It's probably a broken bit in the housing around the switch which won't allow the switch to stay in place when the lever is activated. I asked if it was possible to find replacement switch housings for these older models. So far, most online part places and B&D say they're obsolete, but I'm hoping someone out there has some spare parts.

SOURCE: I have a Black and Decker CM1200 Type 1 electric

I had the same problem with the plastic post breaking, but opted to go the upgrade route. I just took a look at the old clamshell a minute ago and the black wires go on posts 1 & 3 and the white wire goes on the 4th post. There should be a red wire on the second post. The black wires are different lengths which I assume prevents someone from attaching the wrong black wire to the wrong post.
Hopes this helps.

I have an electrical lown mower model LM 110 that as a broken plastic part under the blade but I don't have the manual to find the part number. Can you help me ?

IF is it a square plastic washer with 2 "wings\nocht" in the middle you can find at their servicenters because is a very common part and all the Black&Decker mowers use the same one. It holds the blade so you can thighten the nut.

Can i convert a 12v cordless black and decker mower to electric

I assume you mean convert it to corded, connected to the mains; cordless is electric as well.
It is possible but there are conversion losses as compared to using a 'native' AC corded mower motor.
It also depends on why you want to convert it. If you find the battery unit underpowered, adding a 12v power supply and cord will not solve that, it will just extend the run-time to continuous, assuming the motor does not overheat, as it is probably designed to match the battery run length for on/off cycle times.
You could consider trading, or selling yours and buying a corded mower.
