I try to activate call waiting but end up with the mesage saying request not complete

The same thing happened to me not to long ago. What I had to do was use a completely different email, to get my password to reset. In my case, somebody was trying to hack my acct, maybe you are having the same issue!? If not, just wait it out, and then keep trying to reset password via the update password request. You can also file a report by clicking 'help' on the bottom of the screen, then click on 'get help logging in...' where did you save your applications? you may have saved it on your memory card, if the applications are saved on your memory card, the files may have been deleted or corrupted. or if the applications are saved on your phone memory, then it may have been deleted or corrupted.
