The same thing happened to me not to long ago. What I had to do was use a completely different email, to get my password to reset. In my case, somebody was trying to hack my acct, maybe you are having the same issue!? If not, just wait it out, and then keep trying to reset password via the update password request. You can also file a report by clicking 'help' on the bottom of the screen, then click on 'get help logging in...' (this is a blue box with a white key in the middle of the page), then click 'I can't log in' & then click 'file a report'
where did you save your applications? you may have saved it on your memory card, if the applications are saved on your memory card, the files may have been deleted or corrupted. or if the applications are saved on your phone memory, then it may have been deleted or corrupted.
regarding your second inquiry, you may not have enough memory left, try to delete some apps, try to turn off and on your phone, remove battery and sim card. wait for a few seconds before you turn it on. then try to access some applications.

You would install it and try to activate it online. You may get an error message here (you probably did or you wouldn't be writing). In this case, I would go to Adobe's site and start a tech support request. Might take several days to get an answer, but waiting a day or two for e-mail is better than waiting about an hour on the phone!
