We have the problem that a lot of our e-mails don't reach Yahoo customers. We are NOT sending out spam, the e-mails are confirmations for services that the customers initiated themselves - within the...

though what you are sending may not be spams, the yahoo server considers an email from an unknown email as spam. especially when the email contains som link. please ask your customers to add the email addressof your sending server to their address book so that they will not miss any mail.
Good Luck!

Probable fraud email supposedly from Yahoo customer care

The name that appears when you receive an email from Yahoo Customer and Care sounds like: Yahoo! UK & Ireland Login Support or Yahoo! Account Services or Yahoo! Account Services. As you can see the name usually starts with "Yahoo!". The case is different the format starts with KMM.

Contact the real Customer and care from yahoo and forward the mail to them. You can also report it as an abuse.

If you need further assistance, post a comment and do not forget to rate.
