My cell phone is locked up it needs a puk code

Hi Tammy, If you've locked your cell phone through entering an incorrect pin number 3 times then you need a Puk code, Ring your service provider and they will give you the FREE Puk code.....
If you lock your cell phone again sometime in the future and you're still with the same service provider you can use that same Puk code.. CHEERS..

You need to phone your cell phone service provider for the PUK code. This is because it's the SIM card that locks rather than the phone and the service provider is the only one who can give you the PUK.

Once you've received the PUK you simply try to turn on the cell phone. When it says sim locked you enter the PUK code. This will clear the previous PIN number and you'll be asked to enter the new PIN.

Keep the PUK code safe as it can be used again anytime your phone gets locked.

PUK codes can be obtained through the following ways - The PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack.If you do not have this then -Please contact your phone service provider.

most phones have two locks a sim lock( locks your sim card) and a phone lock. the puk or puk error is from incorrectlly entering the sim unlock too many times, this happens alot even to me! lol! to get the unlock code you'll need to call straight talk and they will give you the code and the steps to unlock it. its super easy and free!!!!

depending on the service provider 02 ,orange etc some may give you puk code online just go to help and support on the site for you service provider and follow instructions

puk code is not your cell code its a sim code when you on your pin code for your sim lock
call your network sported for your puk code
