Simply have it on the channel you want to program and push the correct set of numbers like 162.550 and press the Enter key and it is done repeat this for each channel and you are done.

Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
Press the "Manual" button. Enter the frequency using the number keypad. Include the decimal when entering the number. Press "E" to set the number. Press "Manual" to move to the next channel and enter the next frequency. Continue until you have entered all of the frequencies
You didn't mention what frequencies you're trying to program. BC148XLT coverage ends at 512 MHz, so you will get the error message if you try to program anything above that. Also, you must be sure to include the decimal point when programming a frequency into the scanner. I hope this helps.

NOTE: Any trunked or digital systems in your area cannot be monitored using the BC-210. If your area has switched to these newer systems, you will need to upgrade to another scanner to follow all the action.
