Yes it should, this motherboard has a PCI express 16X slot, so I don't see why not. The Radeon HD4350 should be PC express as well.

in short, no
her cpu is a 775 socket, yours is 478 socket
her ram is ddr2, your is ddr1

would have to downgrade her parts to use your motherboard

The heatsink is NOT seated perfectly. You have a gap and its going to kill your processor! Take off the heatsink and reseat it ASAP!

Cpu fan error


Make sure the cpu fan is plugged in and to the cpu fan connector on the motherboard.

your best bet is to have it replaced , you only purchased it in January 08, the battery was a fair indication it was not ok
