I have a virus i need to reboot ASAP i cant open no video fils and it keeps saying something about postmortant wen i try open files

Since cellphones have limited access in checking the memory card. Try to insert you memory card to a laptop that has acard reader slot and see if you are getting the same thing if you insert it to laptop. In most cases, these files become hidden if the card is infected by a virus. Check the folder of options of the compuer and click show hidden files and folders and click OK. You should be seeing now the files or folders of the card. If it fils are not showing then there might not be no files at all inside the card. Check the properties of the card. If you have the full capacity available on the card then it clearly says that there is no files in your memory card.

Try deleting the virus and the files this way...just be sure not to delete the operating files to operate the pendrive:

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal
Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on
"Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that
you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want,
release, right click and then click on "Delete"
Now your mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.

device manager and remove audio card drivers reboot and it should find then and reinstall. if not you need the audio driver CD

You probably have a virus so everytime you double click even on Local Disk C:\ it will ask you to choose a program.
Download something called mata_virus it's a very nice script to kill the amvo virus and its variants.
Run it and after it's done it will show you the hidden files and folders. Then go to My computer and right -click on C:\ and then click explore.. then look for a file called autorun.inf. Right click and click on properties. Uncheck the "Read only" attribute. and then open it. and you will find the virus name and location. Write it down. Restart the pc safe mode and see if use the search (start - search) and look for that file. Delete it. Then restart normal mode and download an AV, I really like Avira Antivirus - (http://www.free-av.com) and yes it's free - you can see its reviews on cnet.com. Install - update the virus definitions and run a complete scan. I hope this helps. If not, you will need to connect an external CD rom and use something like ERD Commander to restore Windows system Files and use the registry to remove any trace of the virus, but that's is not easy for the regular user, you really have to know what you are doing because If you delete the wrong file, you will damage the Windows installation completely.

Does this happen no matter what kind of file you try to open?
It could be as simple as you don't have the right software installed that can open this kind of file, or it may be an infestation of a virus of some kind. I would need to know more to really say.
Try to open a file that you are positive you have software to open it with. Even just try right clicking on your desktop someplace and choose New --> Text Document. Find the icon on your desktop that you just created, and try to open it. If you can't, then you either have a virus or some serious corruption on your hard disk. My bet would be virus. Do a good thorough virus scan with something like Avast (www.avast.com). I like avast because it has a boot-time scan, which scans your computer after you reboot and before Windows starts.

try to make externel memory card reder and dnt open.1st activate ur hiden fils and folders and go to memericad rigcht clik explor and del all hiden files specialy aoutorun.inf file del. and copy ur doc to pc then good for format ur memory card. tnx

hope u got this fixed but if not i know where you can go to cobyusa.com and put the model number in product search the click firmware and download to ur desktop. open it up and u will have 24 grey boxes then plug in the mp3 and clik the firmware button right below box 24 one there is a green check in box 1 then its fixed and u can disconnect it and re add ur files
