Check out with a multitester whether the control panel switch on the power towards the high voltage transformer NNB disconnect the high voltage transformer for this test. if not the relay on the electronic controlle device is broken and the panel needs replacement. check also the 3 safety switches on the door for proper operation. mind the power it is dangerous.
I would trace that wire that feeds the brake lights, it appears that the wire may be broken or disconnected at some point.Find the colored wire and trace it all the way to the rear. You should be able to find the cause. Use a 12V test light to ground
listen to tell if the motor is turning. some times the fastener comes loose on the arm and can be tightened, but you must first get the motor in the rest position. if the motor is not working, check the appropriate fuse. if ok, you'll need to remove the panel on the inside of the hatch. this should give you access to the motor. unplug, and test for power and ground with key on and engine off. operate the switch while checking with a 12 volt test light. connect test light to ground to check for power, and to power to check for ground. if ok try tapping on motor. sometimes this will make it work, but only on a temporary basis. motor replacement will be obvios when you see how it' smounted under the panel.
I would check for a broken wire from the a-pillar to the door in the rubber boot.
If you pop the switch panel off, you can turn the key to the accessory or run position, and you should have power at the Light Blue w/ Black stripe wire. If not, and the fuse has power on both sides when checked with a meter, the broken wire seems like the logical next step.
is there an airbag light on?? if so then it sounds like your clockspring is broken.. this is a harness that connects the steering wheel switch and accessories to the car harness. this will need testing to see if it is no good.
To it sounds more like it was a busted capacitor - a mechanical switch fails when in motion not standing. Open the back panel and test the switch. After you will most likely see that's ok start looking for the burst capacitor and has caused it to fail.
Have you checked to see if you have power to the bulbs?A cheap test probe/light will tell you wether its a power supply issue or wether the problem is at the lights.Usualy your problem is simply blown bulb/s.Have you replaced it/them to check?Good luck with it and if you need more let me know
just check the power cable from the monitor is connected correctly and plug from cpu to monitor is connected properly be sure is there an loose contact... if it doesnt works means then give reset button in monitor... check the power and frequency control properties in bios .... may be properties is user define or is in maximum saving mode just change it to mininmum saving mode ...it will work...
