when phone is idle, the auto lock feature locks out the screen. you can set the time when lock engages or disable completely. To unlock, press top right corner button or use touchscreen options by sliding finger up from bottom to top or press unlock button on bottom of touchscreen
It sounds like you have a dust problem. I had the same problem with my Touch Pro (Sprint) too. I tried to re-calibrate the screen but had no luck doing it.
I took it in for service to Sprint and they said I needed a new phone.
I carry insurance on mine and qualified for a replacement phone. I got it two days later and sent my old one back in the envelope that was enclosed with my new phone.
Even if you don't have insurance on your account, contact Sprint and ask for their help in getting you a new phone. If you've been with them for a while you can use your 'upgrade' to get a new phone for a lot less. They'll work with you.
same thing happen's to mine, and i'v only had mine for two months :O aha, although i believe it's 'cause i got the screen wet, i mean it's happened before but, usually worked but, this time i think that the water dissolved into the phone making the touch screen not work, mine's still not fixed but, trying taking the phone apart and re-building it. That might help.

Software reset Samsung Seek M350:
-From the Home menu screen , touch the Main menu tab, located at the bottom -Touch Settings -Scroll down to the bottom of the menu -Touch Reset -Touch Reset Settings -Read the statement displayed then touch Proceed -Enter the 4 digit number then touch Done Hard reset Samsung Seek M350:
-From the Home menu screen , touch the Main menu tab, located at the bottom -Touch Settings -Scroll down to the bottom of the menu -Touch Reset -Touch Reset Phone -Read the statement displayed then touch Proceed -Enter the PIN then touch Done to confirm the Phone Reset
Your Samsung Seek M350 will run quicker after resetting it. You can check it, hope you like my work.

The touch-screen of my china phone is not working. The four keys on the bottom are working. I can receive calls thru on key but can not dial a number except the last dialed or received.
The software of the phone must have gone corrupt. Take it to the authorized person and may also have to change your scren curcuit or the whole software.
