the MX4000 video card is not built to run aero it can run window 7 but not the aero effect, even if you fo to the support site of Nvidai to download the latest driver even in vista it does not have anything under that. you can try the FX 5000 series of Nvida they still have an agp version cheers.

so the driver for the ATI card is wrong
go to ATI and get the correct driver
dont expect W7 to magcially get any video driver right.
that is your job as custom builder.

1/ first change motherbord on your desktop.if it is work (your old bord is damage ).then keep graphic card/ vj card on old mother bord slaut. if not work . it is seriously problem.mainly in pinless bord we can"t repair it. change or took it on export
i think u must buy max 512mb micro sd card for U fon,bcos U fon will not support 1GB micro sd card,try to soft U problem,hope can help U,reply me when U soft the problem,[email protected],thk!
your grapics card is 128mb. and the most new game wont a 256mb grapics card and an avaible 1gb ram or more and your card is an onbord on you can't replace it.
Chances are your 256Mb memory is defective and your 128Mb is down to 96Mb because your motherboard on-board (built-in) video is sharing/using the 32Mb as its memory.

when inin safe mode the grapics card will intialize in default mode please reduse the resolution if that doesnt work that means u dont have the orginal driver for the graphics card please find the orginal driver version which is compactable with ur OS versionand ur graphics card
