The plastic front has a crack in it and i need a new part. I do not have the manual so does some one have the part number. My model is A4071M serial number 20818C

Are you sure of the model number? I just went to their website and did not find anything about ice-cream makers. Here is a list of all their model numbers. Nothing even close.

Your model number is imprinted on the bottom of the unit. I used ICE-30BC for a model number and your can find the download link for that manual here:

that looks like it might be a serial number that is missing the letter in front on it, you need to have the proper model to look it up

Need the serial number, voltage (ie; 115v or 208v), 60 or 50 hz.

The only exact diagram for an 407-e is 50hz.
An M will be close in most cases as long as we have the serial number or Mfg. date code.
If it is a 407-e 115/60Hz with a blue id plate it is at least 15 yrs old.

spec for belting - size and mesurement

the model number should be on a plate on the back of machine,and you should be able to go to the sani serve web site to get manuel,I just downloaded one myself

Hi, I have been able to solve this problem. I found the phone number for a Breville distributor, and called them. They were more than happy to send me a manual. They are H.W.I New Zealand ph 09 271 3980 . I hope this number will help others needing Breville manuals. you just need to be able to give make and model numbers.
