What may be the problem when phone automatically

Hi if your phone switch on itself without pressing the power button,then the problem comes from the sort of keypad IC or power button point.The only thing you can do is to clean the power button point.Otherwise contact mobile repairing shop.....Good luck

check the settings of your phone if the sleep mode is on..if on turn it off..

switch off the phone first then press *+3+call key at a time then switch on your phone then the screen shows formatting... it may take few minutes,,, please be patient after the formatting completes the phone will switch off automatically and switch on automatically

take it to a nokia care point sounds like you have white screen of death
