Step 1:

Download Flashtool (search it on google)

Step 2:

Download Xperia X10 Generic firmware file (*.ftf)

Step 3:

Press and Hold Back Button on your phone(Turn it off before that) ..Connect USB and then release back button. Do that until you get a Green led

Step 4:

Drag the FTF file on flashtool and Flash it

Fastest and easiest way, remove your yahoo account from settings, accounts.
