When I try to open my music player it is showing error message "not enough memory"

have you checked if there are any firmware updates available for your device via Nokia Suite? if there are any, please update to the latest version offered. Failing that, you can try re-installing your current firmware thru Nokia Suite.

You should also save any photos/videos/music to your memory card, or if you don't have one, then invest in one as your device does support microSD memory cards.

to re-install, select check for updates, and it will say there are no updates, and next to the text saying there is no updates, there will be a paragraph within that paragraph in blue text will be "re-install".

this sound me software issue, try to set phone reset by menu settings phone settings and factory settings default code is 12345, and also delete all music because maybe your phone memory is full so the music you dont need to hear delete it make a space on your device also.

You may have to free some stuffs store in your gallery and you may have many games and apps that are stored in phone memory. Try deleting or moving the items in your phone memory to your memory card and also see if you have so many sms in your inbox and if you have try deleting it.

set the mobile to the factory defualt settings
go to settings in your mobile then find factory defualt settings
then there will be enough memory

go to message menu then press options and press settings and come down to other press that and change the memory options to memory card instead of phone memory hope it works
