It sounds as if the problem your Samsung L700 has is a faulty image sensor (sometimes incorrectly called the CCD or CMOS sensor, depending on what type).

The only other suggestion would be to totally wipe (re-format) the memory card, and try again, but thats probably a long shot.

If it's under warranty, contact Samsung and have them repair it.

hello,it happens because the first sim card used in it the company had sim locked it to their sim card.you have to call your service provider to help you with the unlock,it will be done for free by them,if not you can also contact an authorized mobile phone repairer but you are going to be charged by the phone repair man.
if that has been done your phone will receive other sim cards.

This is very cheap.

if your phone is at warranty, go to the repair center, they will know what to do. they will give the phone calibration and emei writing.

Try different SIM. If same problem occurs even if you use a known working SIM. Then, the problem has something to do with the RF antenna inside the phone. This needs repair.

I would suggest to contact the dealer for free repair if the phone is still under the warranty.

if your phone is in warrenty, you are better of if you go to your local shop. they will send it to a repair shop and they will give your phone new software and it will not cost you a dime.
