If it loads automatically, over to the right you will see account settings, from THEIR profile that loads, click account settings, there is a pull down, select logout.

To register you need to "sign up" and create a facebook account.

and you can enter all your details and follow the instructions to create an account. However if you wish to learn more about it before signing up, then if you follow this link: Facebook Help Centre Facebook
Then on the left hand side is a list of help topics, one of which is "Get started on Facebook". Clicking on this will give you a range of options allowing you to learn about Facebook and the operation of an account without having to create an account first.
You will probably find it easier to do this stage on a PC rather than your phone, and once you have created a facebook account, you can go to the log in page on your phone and thus into your account using the credentials created on the computer.

To get a personal page on facebook, All you have to do is Sign up. Then to view your own page after signing up and such, click on your name at the top right corner. If you want a business page, at the very bottom, they have the special "Create a Page" link in blue. Welcome to Facebook Log In Sign Up or Learn More
You need to sign out of their account on your computer. Just click the small gear at the top right of the page and then click Log Out in the dropdown menu.
Once you have logged out of the unwanted account you can then sign in with your own account. If you're on a public computer don't forget to log out of your account when your done or the next person will be signed into your account if they visit facebook.
If you wish the log out of the Facebook account of the person who last used your computer, kindly click the "Account" tab at the top-right of the Facebook page and select "Logout" from the drop-down menu. (See attached image)
Then login to your account by entering your id and password.
your personal page means your personal homepage? ok you cant change your facebook home page layout as it is designed by facebook team. so you cant create any new home page.
