My t.sonic 820 is not open when i connect with my computer
Whea i connect my transcend 2GB t.sonic 820 with my computer it can't open the massage run 'PLEASE INSERT A DISK INTO DRIVE' please give me right guidence.

hi, i'am also using Tsonic 820 mp4 player. you mail me to the following id if u really need it. i'll send it though attached mail. it comes around only 3 mb....so u can easily get it downloaded.
Transcend T.Sonic T.sonic cannot operate after it was formatted in Windows Formatting T.sonic using the “Quick Format” or “Full Format” option in Windows destroys the default format of the T.sonic. To retrieve the default format, you must link to http://www.transcendusa.com/ and download the firmware updates for the T.sonic. Ok. Here is what i would normally do. Go to http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/. Download that program, Unlocker. Install it and then, right click on your Device. You will see a Yello Magic Wand thingy saying Unlocker. Click on it and you shall see a list of items stopping you from formatting your device. Simply click unlock all and then try to format your device. It should work smoothly. If you still have problems, let me know.
