The evo n610c will not boot right. when i install the windows xp to it some how it more likely freeze or auto shut off due to overheat. now i try to clean the fan but not works right. so in this case is there any way to boot DVD right way to install windows xp on the 20 Hard Drive on Ipod?

It is 22 years old and there is not support for the virus magnet that is called Windows XP!

its most likely the bios date and time are incorrect having the wrong time would not prevent you from booting to Windows unless there is another underlying problem , i will guide you through some tips 1 check the Bios time and date first and reboot

When you place your Windows XP Disk in the drive, ensure that as the Notebook starts to boot, the words "Press any key to boot from disc ..." is on the screen and then press any key. If you do not get that option choice, go into the Notebooks BIOS and set first boot option to CD or DVD, then try again.
If the system you have on the Notebook is newer than the verion of XP that you trying to install, the Notebook will default to the newer system. A real pain! so make it boot from the CD not the hard drive with the bios settings.

Try to uninstall the sony suite and ur Audio drivers.
Boot ur computer in safe mode and install the Audio drivers alone.

Disable the SATA option in BIOS settings then it automaticaly takes the CD ROM

If you have a recovery disc that came with the computer then you'll just need to boot from it.
