try pressing the menu button when the phone asks for the code than it will change to a security code and the security code is set default to 6 zeros [000000]
here's a little trick for you. When it asks you for your unlock code, press the menu key. The phone will now ask you for your security code. Unless you've changed the security code, it should be "000000" (six zeroes)
If it's still the default, you'll be able to access your unit. :D
