Three pvc pipes coming into an max i flo pool pump should all three valves be open to run the pump?

Cut and glue the valve into the PVC pipe. Use PVC cement and solvent to glue the pipe into the valve.
Install this valve in the section of pipe you want to divert the water from one section of jets to another section.

Tape usually works better. Permatex sells a product that works well. If you put ten (10) turns of tape you should be okay

check pump basket make sure its clean if you have de filter it is dirty back wash and add new de make sure all valves are open
