TV Says No Channels Avail

Most tv/top box remotes have an OK button surrounded by four navigation buttons and these in turn are usually surrounded by another four - EPG, Menu, Exit and Back.
The Back button will select the previous channel and help navigate the menu and other facilities.

Many such remotes also has a favourites button that if you mostly watch the same few channels can remember them so you can scroll through your favourite channels without the dozens of ones you rarely watch or don't watch at all. These will still be available by direct entry or normal scrolling.

Brand name of the remote control isn't a matter, but it should have set-up codes in its code list, to the device brand you have.
Please note: Every new universal remote control will have set-up code list, and set-up procedure along with its pack. Never accept a remote control, that hasn't both of this.
