You've overloaded an internal fuse, or blown the heating element but it's not usually repairable. George would far prefer you to buy a whole new machine so that's how it's been designed, but you can thwart his money-grabbing plans by asking for one on your local FreeCycle or Freegle group.

There are millions of them sitting unused in the back of people's cabinets and although they might need a clean, the price is right. I've never had to pay for a George Foreman grilling machine.

If it is a window unit, it is unlikely to be a 220 volt supply. you say "works really great". If it was a 220 volt unit and you plugged into a 110 volt outlet, it would not work at all.

My george foreman grill will not power on

Check for power at the outlet where you plugged it in. Plug in a small lamp, if it doesn't light could be tripped breaker or blown fuse. I am assuming there is no switch for the outlet. With the lamp still plugged in and on plug in the grill and try to turn on. If the lamp goes off or dims noticeably, you have an electrical problem, contact your electrician. If the light does not dim and it does not get hot take to repair shop.

I have a George Foreman Grill Model GRP99 Series. When I plug it in the panel does not light up. It appears to be heating. I can not tell how hot it gets because the panel is not lite.

the indicator light doesn't have anything to do with how hot the grille gets, that is preset by an internal thermostat and the light just comes on when that temperature is reached, more than likely the miniature neon bulb that light is burnt out, any appliance repair shop can replace this bulb for you

My drier 110 volts was accidentally plugged to 220

The least of your problems would be a burnt out relay or internal switch which can be replaced at reasonable expense. In a worst case the motor or heating element "fried" and it'll be cheaper to buy a new dryer.
BTW 110 and 220 plugs are entirely different and a 110 plug cannot be plugged into a 220 outlet.

No lights on the display when I plug it in the outlet.

Check the fuse in the plug top

If that is OK then look at the wiring at the plug end the grill ends

Wiggle them about with the power on to see if there is a broken wire

If not you are down to either getting soemone to strip it down or buying a new one
