Hi , are you sure that your CPU is not overheating?
This could be caused by insufficient Heat Sink Paste . or your CPU fan could of clipped out of its socket , make sure its connected properly.
Good luck

Cant even run wow >.> ok, I just bought a gaming

Whats your FPS in wow? (Can be seen by hovering your mouse over the Game Menu sign (the questionmark)).

Is it only low in cities with a lot of players or is it just low overall?

Nonetheless lowering the graphics will obviously help.

Just press Escape to enter the Game Menu, and then press System, and go to the Graphics tab.
You could lower the overall graphics by taking the slider down, but I believe the most important things you should do would be:

Multisampling: 1
Shadows: Low
View Distance: Fair or Low

I would also lower Texture Filtering and Texture resolution.

The thing is I am not entirely sure how the things will change when you use the slider, but I would definitely recommend just trying to slide all the way down at first. If the settings I mentioned above are higher than I posted, I would put them down as well.

Especially Shadows can be a real FPS killer.
The View Distance has no real affect and is just for the looks.

Your PC should be able to run WoW fairly well if you adjust the settings. If you wish to increase the performance without lowering the settings I'd recommend buying some more RAM though.

Anyway, tl:dr:

Press Escape to enter the menu, click System -> Graphics -> turn the slider all the way down to Low. Make sure the shadow settings is in fact on low as well. All the settings under the Effects tab can all clear up some fps if lowered/disabled.

How to fix restarting problem on Asus desktop comptuer?

Tyler
It could be a marginal power supply, gaming puts more requirement, processing power, therefore more power is required by the CPU and the graphics card. And of you are overclocking then it needs even more power and generates more heat. Do you have a video card installed or just using the integrated video?
Another possibility is temperature threshold setting in the BIOS or some control panel tool run within Windows. If the threshold is set too low, the computer will turn off to protect the CPU. It may have something to do with the fan settings. Quiet setting for fans may prevent them from going full speed to cool things down.
Try to run a system monitor tool to see how its handling the extra gaming load.

Laptop just randomly shuts off

Probably overheating. Are you playing games when it shuts off?
Turn the laptop off, remove the bottom cover, blow compressed air from a compressed air can to remove dust and lint. Check that the fan can move easily. Replace the cover. Restart the laptop. Download Hardware Monitor from http://www.cpuid.com/hwmonitor.php and install. Run the program and check for CPU temp. It should never be higher than 85 C when heavy gaming or calculations are running. If temp gets to 95-100 C, Windows and or the CPU will shut down automatically to protect the CPU and laptop from any damage. As far as I know, there is no way to disable this feature.

Well, i was playing World of Warcraft today, and randomly everything started lagging pretty hard, so i restarted my cpu, and now i can't even been on for 5 minutes without the computer freezing up...

if you keep reset on to your CPU this will affect to your Hard Drive. When your online games WOW very lag then do not let that online game on play to your Computer. You know or maybe your Computer are not enough to run this game. Check all the plug in play device which are capable to run this game. Your VGA Compatibility e.i AGP or PCI-E, Memory speed e.i DD1, DD2 & DDR3 and mostly Games Accelerator Programs.
Hope this tip might help you.
Good luck!

Its look like out of range 54.3khz/80hz, futhermore monopoly game is running on another LG monitor of same model, another cpu. i hve Ge7300le graphics card. and driver is up to date. resoulution keep

Try switching the monitors to see if it's the monitor or GFX card issue, if it's monitor, attempt to reset it on the menu to default settings, If it's GFX card issue, go in safe mode and uninstall the GFX driver and restart and reinnstall new drivers.

Monitor screen goes blue after game install.

You have an incompatability between the drivers and Windows. Uninstall the games. Is everything all right now? Upgade your video and sound drivers. You can download these from the manufacturers web site. Now reinstall the games.

CPU Fan Speed Too Low or Fails***

There are three things you need to have a good gaming computer, fast graphics card, fast CPU, and lots of RAM. You didn't list your RAM so I can't help you, but 4GB is the most you can put in a computer. If you want to know everything about your computer then click on Start>Accesssories>system tools>system.

Ok you asked four or five questions so lets start with the CPU since if that breaks nothing else matters. First, the measurement for CPU is GigaHertz (GHz) not rpm. So it looks like you have a 1.98GHz CPU. That is not extremely fast (my Dell laptop for instance has a 2.4GHz) so you don't have to worry about your CPU overheating. Yes, all CPUs should have a heatsink and a fan. It helps with the cooling. A CPU also does a thing called "throttling" if it is getting too hot it slows itself down to cool off. So you are good with the CPU.

The other fan is the large fan you hear going on and off. That is connected to your power supply. The measurement for that is in wattage, it is custom made depending on the motherboard so that is a given that there is no problems with the power supply.
Both fans on the CPU and the Power Supply will turn off and on as they get hotter then stop when they are cool again.

Your graphics card is the most important for gaming. It should come with its on RAM and it's on fan. GE FORCE makes some good ones. Just google "gaming graphic cards" and you'll get an idea of what you need.

So that's it. Hope this helps you understand more. If you have any questions let me know. Don't forget to rate this solution with four stars before logging out.

Cant init direct3d

Looks like you do not have the latest version of directx..Also make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card..If it still doesn't work then create a desktop shortcut for the game right-click it->Select Properties->In target box->add -opengl suffix.
Ex:If it shows "C:\Program FIles\Wow.exe" then you should make it
"C:\Program Files\Wow.exe" -opengl
Dont forget to leave a space between " and -
Happy gaming!

Unwanted Shut-off

First Charge up you battery while the computer is off. Once fully charged unplug the adapter and play the game...see if it shuts down. If not replace that ac adapter. If it still shuts down... Your unit is overheating most likely. When you play high tech games which cause the processor and fans to run harder once it gets to hot. And most times you can hear the fan running loud on your laptop. 1. check the system requirements on the game 2. Are you overclocking your processor, check your bios 3. Lower the graphics settings and features in your game.. see if it shuts down 3.Or while you are running the game do the follow hit ctrl, alt, del buttons at the same time. A task manager box will pop up. Click on the tab Performance.....what is your cpu usage? 100% if so it's running the proccessor hard. Now in the same box click on Processes, then user name, you will then see all processes that are running at that time. If you want to play the game off line...only!!! you can stop some processes from running. On the bottom right hand corner of your screen by the clock you will see icons that load up at startup. Right click the ones not in use, like virus scan, firewall, other background applications that are running by right clicking over the icon and exiting or closing the application. Now keep in mind before you go back on line you should restart your computer so your security software will reload. Other reasons would be internal cleaning, fan, heatsink replacements and so forth. Which may need to be performed by a professional repair shop. Now they do have a laptop colling pad which have worked for some people. Also these laptops can overheat quickly, do not sit them on beds, and your lap when using ventilation is important. And also you might still want to have that ac adapter checked out. If all else fail... restart you computer in safe mode...try running the game..see if it shuts down. Good luck with your games
