Hi i have recently bought Nokia 5730 Xpress music , i have noticed that the Next> music key does not work, but the play and previous keys work and the headjack doesnt seem to be working properly... If you have locked the SIM card you can ring your mobile phone network carrier and request a PUK code, they will give you a code that will then unlock your phone for use again.

However if it is a phone-lock, there is nothing you can do without doing a hardreset which will allow the phone for use again but will wipe the handset clean. If it is a phonelock, make sure you take out your SIM and memory card as this will save the data that is on those cards.

To perform a hardreset you must press the call button, the cancel call button, the number three button and the star key all at the same time.

press *#7370# and it will ask your lock code..insert your lock code then your phone will become an original setting..then try to make a call and send a message again..Tq

have you changed it? if not, usually, the default for nokia is 12345. if it isnt, try 00000.

simply go to nokia housed or customer care around u and get ur self a good memory card then be careful of virus,b4 u put the memory card scan ur phone to make sure is virus free

You have to go to Messaging > options > Sim messages > options > mark all > delete

change ur message memory from phone memory to card memory, its blinking because your message memory is full.
