look inside your glove box there should be a tag sticker with a 5 or 6 digit code enter that number in to your system

The radio will have to be removed from the car dashboard .Then please quote the MAKE + MODEL of your radio plus ALL the LETTERS and NUMBERS on any LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING. 

There should be a 14 character Serial Number beginning with RG or RN or PH or similar (often found stamped in the metal casing ) and maybe a Security Number in the format of TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode so please quote EVERYTHING you can find 

when you get the four zeros on the display press no1 for what number you wish to display, then repeat for the following three numbers, eg code is 4 5 6 7 so press number 1 four times, number 2 five times, number 3 six times and number 4 seven times, when code is entered press and hold the number 6 button.this will reactivate the radio.

Hi - the way to enable code mode is to turn off the radio - then hold down 2&5 & press the on button - this will bring you into the 0000 code mode.
