I need to know why the screen on my Extron RGB 109xi is flashing. By the way, this equipment is not a KVM switch...

I ordered the Digikey part. The high voltage side is self explanatory, but the low voltage side on the Extron has three wires. Black, red, orange. Which goes to ground, +5 and -5? Do a Digi-Key search of part # KMD15-55. The KM series power supply instr manual .pdf is available from that page on Digi-Key. Page 13 gives the pin-out of the new unit. Write down the connections from the old power supply to the Extron circuit board. I mounted the old power supply with epoxy and these have held very well.
