Forgot my phone lock code. it comes on and everything but to get to the menu the code i put i forgot and i taking it hard to pay $150.00

If you really forgot what was the lock code, lease perform hard reset on your phone. Please be advised that doing a hard reset will wipe out all files on the phone including the lock code.

Hard reset is better for solved that problem..
First swith off you phone,after swith off,click *,3 and green key(call key)---->hold,
After to hold that key,now click power key to swith on --->*,3 and call key must hold...

Hello. You can do a master reset on you phone simply by going to your phone menu and finding Settings\General\MasterReset. You may loose some unprotected files so if that is important to you you may want to back up all of your files on your memory stick first.
The other option is to go to your phone store and have them do it for you. Good luck with it.

try to reset the phone, for the hard reset on the phone, you need to take off the battery of the phone then remove the sim card. After that place the battery back without the sim, please enter *2767*3855#. Just a reminder everything will be deleted on the phone, it will restore back to the factory settings. i changed my unlock code and set it so my phone locks as soon as you turn it on. But I forgot the code.... And i cant acess anything in the phone without it.. Help me plzzz
