HI, I HAVE THE EVOLIS DUALYS 3, HAS BEEN WORKING GREAT, UNTIL LAST WEEK, I HAVE THIS MESSAGE OUT OF PAPER BUT THERE'S ENOUGH PAPER, ALSO ITS WELL CLOSED, AND THE SENSOR IS WORKING OK, I HAVE JUST TURN IT OF AND ON, BUT STILL GET THAT MESSAGE, NOTHING STRANGE HAPPEN THAT I CAN THINK CAUSES THE TROUBLE

a) Clean the printer
b) Print
Persistence: Probably sensor of the feeder has a problem.
Always good to restart everything, in case Windows plays tricks on you. ;)
Check for output hopper position. It should be either folded in completely or should be out completely. Then check for card presence sensor below feeder. clean it with a blower.Check for thickness adjustment.
Just see for a sensor located below feeder . Clean it with brush and blower. Also check for input setting in driver whether it is automatic feeding or manual.
1.Check for proper driver on evolis site.
2.Check whether both side printing is selected in driver
3.Check for Varnish sensitivity setting in Graphics setting it should be default.
4.Read the ribbon type with Rr command.
Before we start first things first, you DO have the color ribbon installed correct? If so, go to control panel, click Printers and faxes, right click the evolis printer icon, scroll down to properties, open it up, click the graphic tab, then select 6 panels ribbon (YMCKDK) that should do it since I had the same problem.
