It is the direct X 3D files not compatable on your computer. The best solution is to get a new Nvidia graphics card as normally by updating the direct x wont help much and also may cause instability if it is not a compatable version with your computer.

You likely need to update your drivers for your video card. surf to your video cards manufactures web site and download the latest and greatest software/drivers for your video card model. run, install , restart and try again. This will likely solve your directx issue.
