Check the pico fuses in front and behind the Convergences ICs STK392-110
Pico Fuses Look like resistors ,but they will be Yellow or Green 5amp -7amp fuses.
If they are Ok then you need to replace bopth ICs .
Mats Electronics has ICs 1-800-628-1118
Replace the Convergence ICs there is 2 of them Big black ICs they will have part number on them example STK392-110 .Also Check Pico Fuses in Front and back of ICs they look like resistors but are Green or Yellow 5amp, 6amp, or 7amp Fuses.

Make ure you CK pico Fuse around the STK ICs,
They are Yellow or Green and look like resistors but are Fuses 6amp 7amp 5amp,ect..
